I believe that he already asked for his account to be nuked, and his posts to be removed (see under Goodbye Everybody), so this would hardly be a punitive action. Also, he admits to gaming the system here:

While you're doling out justice, maybe you could deal with people who consistently give 0s to anyone who they disagree with. ColonelZen has stated that he does. So has Mikey. Check out this exchange for more of the same:

Of course, no one can really ask for "administrative action" against people keeping their mojo low with zeroes, because giving zeroes affords one anonymity!!!!
