1) Go down with the ship holding that huge bag of SCOXE shares.
Pros: Stays in charge of SCOXE. Avoids charges for insider trading. Share price falls slowly until bankruptcy/delisting/the big selloff.
Cons: Loses $22 million and become a target for the Nazgul, Red Hat and the other bagholders.

Options 2 and 3 only apply if SCOXE files their 10-K and catches up on the rest of their filings. (otherwise it's jail for Ralphie, if caught)

2) Sell them straight, even gradually.
Pros: Keep that $22 million (or at least some of it). Gets out of the scam.
Cons: Suspicion of insider trading. SCOXE goes bankrupt because they cannot afford to pay Yarro back his $22 million. Stock price falls to $0.01 because the market cannot absorb all those extra shares. (How fast it falls depends on how fast Yarro dumps. If he wants all of his money, he'd better sell before SCOXE goes bankrupt).

3) Paint the stock and sell at the same time. Yarro sells prearranged with the painters at a premium (this is the painting).
Pros: Gets to keep some of the money. If he has enough time to dump all the shares, he will exit on a premium to the $22 million. Keeps control of SCOXE at least until his holding drops significantly. Stock price stays at current levels until bankruptcy.
Cons: Suspicion of insider trading and stock manipulation, but not much since the SEC hasn't done anything yet. Loses some of the $22 million. Possibly becomes a target for the Nazgul and the bagholders.
