on yahoo some very interesting things about the monterey contract have turned up.it has to be litigated in new york and no jury.limitations on the liability amount(a little confused here)but very interesting .maybe this was the target all along with a hope to bring this case up so they could avoid a judge in new york?
hiding the facts till too late so the judge would say well since we are here already we might as well settle this too?
sigh
the farther along we get the more confusing it is?
