With all due respect MR, I can't help but feel you are casting pearls before swine.

ip-wars is really not about ip wars. The primary purpose of ip-wars is to smear Linux F/OSS allies.

If you want intelligent discussion of issues like this, you may wish to check out groklaw.net where such issues are taken seriously and debated/argued by people with knowledge and experience in such matters.
