What is so unreasonable about SCO suspecting IBM is behind PJ and groklaw? Groklaw sprung up suddenly. PJ has had no known involvement with OSS before. In fact, nothing is known about PJ's past.

What is so unreasonable about PJ suspecting someone is behind Mr. McBride and The SCO Group? TSG attacked suddenly. Mr. McBride has had no known involvement with Unix companies or copyright analysis before; his most notable accomplishment seems to have been filing a lawsuit against a former employer. In fact, nothing is known about his ability to be a CEO, other than that he persuaded some of his assocates to give him the title and salary of $1 million/year.

Snark aside, what exactly are Mr. McBride's qualifications to be CEO of The SCO Group? Why does him having that title automatically make him someone qualified to comment on the issues?
