But that is copied from Merkey's site. I'm more interested in the PDF with the court stamp.

Tuxrocks used to have a link on their front page. Now, the two different URLs that used to resolve to the Merkey PACER docs fail.

Scofacts still has the redacted PACER filings, but there is no link on any of the Scofacts pages I can find. You'd have to have seen Al's Yahoo post to know where to look.

For the myriad SCO cases, I can find docs at Groklaw, at Tuxrocks and some at Scofacts, likely other places as well. For Merkey, I can get them from Merkey--in a text format and we know that his text formats appear before he actually files them.

I am surprised that there is no one putting up the PACER docs on a regular basis.
