I am not a lawyer, so take this with a Farm & Fleet(tm) sized block of salt, but TSG is not a random entity selling titles to the Provo-Cambridge Bridge:  it is an agent of Novell.  Once you violate the terms of an agency agreement you have a whole other set of legal issues to deal with, and the entity hiring the agent may very well have subrogation rights against the agent and its customers.
