It is obvious that Jeff Merkey is causing Jeff Causey some real stress.

I did not donate earlier, in part because Jeff had said to hold off a bit.

Might I suggest that it is now time for those of us expressing support and understanding with Jeff Causey to actually put our money where our mouth is and donate to Jeff Causey's legal fund.

Perhaps those with either experience with lawyers or lawyers of their own could contact Jeff Causey as well.

Based on Jeff Causey's explanation of the settlement, I fail to see how he has breached it. It seems to me that if he has a settlement that would be very useful to his lawyer, but I'm sure some money to pay one would be more useful.
