Aharonian filed appeal (4.00 / 4) (#15)

Was just going back through some of my links (heh, after being tipped off to a rant by Pamela Jones over at Groklaw.net) and was checking out Aharonian's web page.  As you may recall, he had filed a lawsuit trying to get "software copyright" ruled unconstitutional.  He would rather have software covered only by patent law (and he's a patent attorney - imagine that).

Anyway, back in the beginning of January his case was dismissed as being without merit.  According to his site, he filed an appeal on January 18th.  You can see the Notice of Appeal here.
