About Darl and Ralph facing further legal and financial retribution, my innate cynicism agrees with you.  When it was just Karl - despite my respect for his analysis - saying he expected such I was inclined to write it off as untoward optimism.   But AllParadox now evidently thinks so, and points to IBM's hiring Richard Levine as their rep to the Bankruptcy proceedings.

I can't imagine any reason to hire such a heavy hitter with SCOX already de-facto dead were they not planning some unpleasant (for SCOX execs) followup.  I think he's there to get the exact pro-forma record into the BK courts with all the i's dotted and t's crossed to demonstrate personal liability for Darl, Ralph, Ryan and the rest for IBM's yet unjudged losses during the span of SCOX's lawsuits.
