No, I don't think so. First, the docket entry only indicates a partial dismissal. Until we can see the paperwork, not sure whether anything meaningful still exists.
The richwill portion continues on appeal at this point.
bender is also on appeal. I'd have to go back and look at whether Eagle is appealing the ruling, or just the amount of the attorney fees awarded, or both.
I believe that leaves a handful of "named" defendants still - advanced_headlines, phil_phd2003, and bubba2o along with all the unnamed "does".
iirc, Yahoo! would not respond to the subpoena if even one of the defendants objected (which obviously happened). Once the four who objected have their issues resolved, I'm not sure what will happen. I would guess Eagle may try once again to subpoena Yahoo! if they want to continue pursuing the case. Why they would I don't know.
Of course, jmo, but even if all the legal steps are not yet concluded, the case is effectively over. Kind of like the SCOX case - just waiting for everyone to go through all the motions (as in movement, not filings).
