Ran across this entry over at Roger Parloff's Legal Pad blog (SCO's Legal Strategy).

In that entry, I noticed this quote:

He even hinted that SCO might be willing to reach an agreed upon order to that effect with Novell.

The "he" refers to Arthur Spector, one of SCOX's bankruptcy attorneys. If accurate, perhaps Novell and SCOX are having some conversations in the background in an attempt to reach some agreement and that is why Novell has not yet filed anything public.
