I haven't read it yet (and won't read it until tomorrow) but just thought I would let you know. It will be interesting to see what they say.

I had a quick read through it. It's an impressive piece of work, and Microsoft appear to be in a lot of trouble. Novell are seeking to use all the available discovery and findings of fact from the federal case, plus everything they've accumulated from other cases and their files. If Microsoft can't kill this on procedural grounds, they might as well just settle now.

Now if the mpeg consortium members sue, then Microsoft will be defending 4 lawsuits simultaneously - Europe, Burst, Mpeg and Novell.
